Color Thumbs

This week was doing 4 color thumbs. I experimented with the process a bit.

Week 3 Sci-fi / Scale

This weeks assignment was to make a sci-fi image and try to make it have scale. It's still in B&W with a full value range.

Week 2 Class

This week it's all about lighting with curves and perspective (so structures). I played with some atmosphere changes as well.

CGMW Environment Class Week 1

We just started out this week so I haven't gotten any crits yet but I thought I'd post in tandem with the class. This week was do 5 B&W thumbs to see where we are at. So here they are, I'll post updates as they come.

Magnet Bot

I thought I'd update an idea I had a while ago with a magnetic robot. I thought it might be cool if it was more like a monkey that was able control the polarization of magnetic power. Having the ability to push or pull objects as well as himself.

Xayide Orthograph

Here's the ortho of Xayide, the painting I posted before this one. I made some design changes that made more sense to me, like simplifying the dress so it's less distracting. I added more details to back in case you play her in 3rd person. I was also thinking of the animation of the cloth and hair jewelry as well as the way the shoulder blade plate scallops to allow more motion when raising her arms.

CGMW Character class

I've been taking a character design from Izzy through CGMW and here are some of the latest assignments from that class. I'd like to make some changes to the final piece here, when the class slows down or I find some time otherwise. I'll be posting more of my assignments as I get farther in.
